Simple, apply with stoke 15 minutes before sun exposure. And again After 80 minutes of swimming or sweating. Straight away after towel drying. And at least every 2 hours. That’s all you need to do to stay protected.

I don’t usually wear sunscreen on my face as I find other brands too oily, but this sunscreen I wear everyday and my skin feels so good! Highly recommend this product!
